1. Diagnostic Tools

The Traceroute and Portscan tools are provided solely for analyzing and diagnosing network security on infrastructure you own or have explicit written permission to test. Unauthorized or abusive use for malicious activities will result in immediate suspension of access.

2. Legal Liability

Technical reports generated by the platform are strictly informational and technical in nature, and do not constitute legal proof or certified audit evidence.

3. Governing Jurisdiction

Any disputes or legal proceedings arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
